Job Requirements

  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
  • clean motor vehicle record with no more than three moving violations in past three years
  • ability to pass and maintain a clean background check
  • ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 pounds for extended periods
  • comfort working outdoors in all weather conditions
  • schedule flexibility including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • maintain a clean and professional appearance
  • willingness to use personal cell phone for work communications if necessary

Job Qualifications

Job Duties

  • Issue tickets and handle payments accurately
  • track money and paperwork responsibly
  • complete shift logs and document parking activity
  • label keys and record vehicle details
  • monitor the parking lot regularly for safety and compliance
  • keep parking area and booth clean and presentable
  • assist guests with payments and parking questions
  • communicate effectively using radios and stay in contact with the team
  • maintain professional appearance and punctual attendance
  • perform additional tasks as needed to support operations and attend training sessions
