Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
  • Clean motor vehicle record with no more than three moving violations in past three years
  • Pass and maintain a clean background check
  • Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 pounds for long periods
  • Willingness to work flexible shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Maintain a clean and professional appearance
  • Follow uniform and grooming standards

Job Qualifications

  • Customer service experience preferred
  • Friendly and helpful attitude
  • Strong communication skills
  • Ability to work in a team environment
  • Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather

Job Duties

  • Issue tickets and handle payments accurately
  • Track money and paperwork responsibly
  • Complete shift logs and document parking activity
  • Label keys and record vehicle details
  • Regularly check the lot and report unsafe or suspicious activity
  • Keep the parking area and booth clean and presentable
  • Assist guests with payments and parking questions
  • Communicate effectively with team members using radios
  • Arrive on time and maintain a professional appearance
  • Take on additional tasks and attend training sessions
