Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
  • Clean driver’s record with no more than three moving violations in past three years
  • Pass and maintain clean background check
  • Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs. for long periods
  • Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions
  • Maintain clean and professional appearance
  • Flexible schedule availability including nights, weekends, and holidays

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED
  • Customer service experience preferred
  • Positive and helpful attitude
  • Strong communication and active listening skills
  • Ability to work as part of a team
  • Capability to handle guest interactions patiently and professionally
  • Comfortable using mobile devices for work communication
  • Willingness to adapt to flexible scheduling including nights, weekends, and holidays

Job Duties

  • Issue tickets and handle payments accurately and responsibly
  • Complete shift logs and document parking activity
  • Label keys and maintain organized records of parked vehicles
  • Regularly check the parking lot and report unsafe or suspicious activity
  • Keep the parking area and booth clean and assist with light cleaning tasks
  • Provide friendly customer service and assist guests with payment and parking inquiries
  • Use radios to communicate effectively and support team coordination
  • Arrive punctually and maintain professional appearance and conduct
  • Perform additional duties as needed to support parking operations and training
