Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED
  • Customer service experience preferred
  • Valid driver’s license
  • Reliable transportation
  • Clean motor vehicle record with no more than three moving violations in past three years
  • Pass and maintain clean background check
  • Ability to stand and walk for long periods
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
  • Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions
  • Maintain professional appearance and follow grooming standards
  • Flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays

Job Duties

  • Issue tickets and handle payments accurately
  • Track money and paperwork responsibly
  • Complete shift logs and document parking activity
  • Label keys and record vehicle details
  • Maintain organized records of parked cars
  • Check lot regularly for safety and security
  • Report unsafe or suspicious activity
  • Enforce parking policies
  • Keep parking area and booth clean and presentable
  • Assist with light cleaning or janitorial tasks
  • Help guests with payments and parking questions
  • Use radios to communicate with team
  • Arrive on time and maintain professional appearance
  • Attend training sessions and adapt to scheduling needs
