Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED
  • valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
  • clean motor vehicle record with no more than three moving violations in past three years
  • pass and maintain clean background check
  • ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs for extended periods
  • flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • maintain professional appearance and uniform standards
  • ability to use a personal cell phone for work communication

  • Issue tickets and handle payments accurately
  • complete shift logs and track revenue
  • label keys and maintain organized vehicle records
  • monitor lot security and report suspicious activity
  • keep parking area and booth clean
  • assist guests with parking questions and payments
  • communicate with team using radios
  • maintain professional appearance and attendance
  • perform additional duties to support operations
