Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
  • Clean motor vehicle record with no more than three moving violations in the past three years
  • Must pass and maintain a clean background check
  • Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs for long periods
  • Comfortable working in all weather conditions
  • Schedule flexibility including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Maintain a clean and professional appearance
  • Ability to use personal cell phone for work communications if needed

Job Qualifications

Job Duties

  • Issue tickets and handle payments accurately
  • Track money and paperwork responsibly
  • Complete shift logs and document parking activity
  • Label keys and record vehicle details
  • Monitor parking lot and report unsafe or suspicious activity
  • Ensure vehicles comply with parking policies
  • Keep parking area and booth clean and presentable
  • Assist customers with payments and parking questions
  • Use radios to communicate with team members
  • Arrive on time and maintain a professional appearance
  • Support team operations and attend training sessions
