Job Duties

  • Maintain new- and used-vehicle inventory appearance and performance by cleaning interior and exterior of vehicles, replenishing all vehicle fluids as needed, and replacing batteries when necessary
  • Place buyer guides and stock tags in vehicles
  • Keep new- and used-vehicle lots neat and orderly, moving cars as directed by the General Manager and in accordance with dealership display standards
  • Clean driveway and sidewalks
  • Drive vehicles to and from service lane, service stalls, and parking lot as needed
  • Make key tags for vehicles
  • Must be willing to work weekends
  • Manage inventory of vehicles
  • Retrieve and deliver vehicles to and from property locations
  • Wash, clean, and dry all used cars on a regular basis
  • Keep used cars properly displayed in a neat, attractive manner
  • Rotate all used cars line positions so as to give an appearance of freshness to inventory
  • Deliver and pick up used cars from the used car reconditioning area
  • Remove used cars sold from line and replace them with new units
  • Perform other duties as assigned
