Job Requirements

  • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
  • Ability to safely operate automatic and manual transmissions (preferred)
  • Strong work ethic and reliability
  • Comfort working outdoors in various weather conditions
  • Positive attitude and willingness to help wherever needed
  • Ability to stay organized in a fast-paced environment
  • Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship and be a current resident
  • Pre-employment background checks are required, including MVR and drug screening

Job Duties

  • Maintain the organization and cleanliness of the sales lot
  • Move, park, and stage vehicles for display and customer test drives
  • Assist sales staff with vehicle flow and customer needs
  • Ensure vehicles are clean, fueled, and customer-ready
  • Perform basic lot maintenance and light detailing as needed
  • Support inventory management by tagging, checking in, and locating vehicles
  • Provide friendly, professional assistance to customers and team members
