Job Requirements

  • Must be at least 21 years old
  • Ability to interact professionally and courteously with customers, resolving issues and ensuring a positive experience
  • Prior experience in customer-facing roles such as valet, concierge, security, or customer service is highly valued
  • Ability to maintain a general security presence on-site and deter vandalism or theft while interacting with customers
  • Strong attention to detail to ensure accurate payment collection and documentation during vehicle release processes
  • Strong initiative and ability to manage tasks with minimal supervision while maintaining communication with the team
  • Ability to walk the lot to escort customers to vehicles and perform basic lot maintenance duties
  • Acceptable criminal background history
  • Clear pre-employment drug screen
  • Acceptable driving history

Job Duties

  • Greet on-site customers in a professional and friendly manner
  • Confirm the total amount due and collect payments from customers, ensuring accurate and timely records are maintained
  • Verify ownership and release vehicles to their rightful owners once payment is received and all necessary documentation is completed
  • Escort customers to and from their vehicles, offering assistance as needed during the release process
  • Move/tow vehicles on the impound lot as needed to minimize customer inconvenience and reduce retrieval times
  • Keep the lot free of trash and debris, ensuring a clean, safe, and professional environment
  • Maintain a general security presence on-site, helping to deter vandalism and theft
  • Handle difficult or tense situations with calm, ensuring customer issues are addressed efficiently and professionally
