Job Duties
- Greet customers in the service drive and assist with initial vehicle intake
- Move customer vehicles to and from the service area, parking lot, and delivery zones
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the service drive, customer lounge, and shop areas
- Assist technicians and advisors with vehicle staging and traffic flow
- Perform light cleaning of vehicle interiors and exteriors as needed
- Run dealership errands when required
- Track and log vehicle locations to ensure smooth operations
- Deliver excellent customer service and represent the dealership professionally
