Job Requirements

  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • valid unrestricted U.S driver’s license
  • authorized to work in the United States
  • ability to read write and speak English
  • living within a one hour commute
  • six months prior work experience
  • must be at least 18 years old
  • available to work Monday through Friday 7:30am to 4:30pm

Job Duties

  • coordinating movement of vehicles
  • daily rental branch to branch moves
  • cars to repair shops
  • delete runs
  • out of town trips
  • NCS delivery
  • remarketing sold vehicles to dealers
  • vehicle acquisition picking up paperwork
  • checking in NCS
  • creating vehicle key tags when necessary
  • organizing teams for efficiency
  • ensuring all vehicles are accurately tracked and signed for
  • moving vehicles to different lot areas as directed
  • managing vehicle inventory
  • lot organization in a safe and efficient manner
  • maintaining and organizing key security measures
  • acting as point of contact for driver team
  • maintaining regular attendance and punctuality
  • performing miscellaneous duties including shuttling cars and gathering data
