Job Requirements
- Valid driver’s license
- Minimum age of 20 years
- Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to work any assigned shift
- Strong customer service skills
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Completed probationary period for internal candidates

- Must have excellent attendance and job performance
Job Duties
- Control the flow of cars in and out of the Big Lot for maintenance, in service, auction, car sales, etc
- Mark cars with hats indicating appropriate fleet status
- Direct all Hertz and vendor car/truck drivers to correct staging area
- Enter correct status in the fleet computer system
- Occasionally drive cars to and from the Airport locations
- Work in a fast-paced customer service environment
- Perform duties outdoors during inclement weather conditions
