Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Ability to pass background and drug screenings
- Strong customer service skills
- Ability to work full-time
- Professional appearance
- Ability to follow safety protocols and procedures

- Possess excellent customer service skills
- Demonstrate professionalism, collaboration and a positive attitude in all interactions with customers, co-workers and vendors
- Complete assignments in a timely manner
- Maintain a professional appearance
- Hold a valid driver’s license and have a clean driving record
- Able to pass background and drug screenings
Job Duties
- Greet all customers upon arrival and introduces them to a Service Advisor
- Perform appropriate check in and check out procedures for all service vehicles
- Remove vehicles out of service drive and move to designated parking areas
- Pickup and delivery of customer vehicles
- Ensure service drive and parking area are clean, neat and free of any debris or trash
- Follow all company safety policies and procedures and immediately report any and all accidents to a manager
- Perform additional tasks as assigned
