Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling, bending and twisting
- Effective communication skills
- Willingness to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Ability to operate snow removal equipment safely
- Commitment to providing excellent customer service
- Reliable and punctual work attendance

- Ability to handle lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling, bending and twisting while handling product or using equipment

Job Duties
- Ferry shopping carts from outside the store back to the store interior
- Coordinate and collect parking lot, lawn, and inside store trash
- Safely use snow removal equipment for removing snow
- Handle perishable and salvage returns
- Perform basic store and restroom cleaning
- Work with the service desk, store entrance, check lanes, and parking lot areas
- Collaborate with departments such as Health and Beauty Care, Hardlines, Fashion/Softlines, Pets, Hardware, Card and Party, Outdoor, Seasonal and Floral
- Perform other duties as assigned
