Job Requirements
- Must have a valid driver’s license
- Must be at least 20 years of age
- Must have flexibility in scheduling which may include nights, weekends, and holidays
- Must be able to work any assigned shift
- Internal candidates must have satisfactorily completed their probationary period
- Internal candidates must have excellent attendance and job performance

Job Duties
- Control the flow of cars in and out of the Big Lot for maintenance, in service, auction, car sales, etc.
- Mark cars with hats indicating appropriate fleet status
- Direct all Hertz and vendor car/truck drivers to correct staging area
- Enter correct status in the fleet computer system
- Occasionally drive cars safely to and from airport locations
- Work in fast-paced customer service environment
- Operate outdoors during inclement weather conditions
