Job Duties

  • Safely transport, park, and retrieve customer vehicles throughout the dealership lot
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the service drive, parking areas, and shop spaces
  • Greet customers in the service lane and assist with directing them to service advisors
  • Stage vehicles appropriately for technicians and prepare vehicles for customer pickup
  • Perform detailed post-service quality inspections to confirm all repairs and services were completed correctly
  • Identify and report any issues or discrepancies to service advisors or technicians promptly
  • Ensure every vehicle meets dealership quality standards prior to customer delivery
  • Deliver outstanding customer service and contribute to a positive dealership experience
  • Perform other duties as assigned to support business needs
