Job Requirements

  • Age 23 or older
  • Ability to pass a background check and drug screen
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
  • Reliable transportation to and from work
  • Smartphone with a quality camera
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly
  • Must pass a background check
  • Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions

Job Duties

  • Account for all vehicles on the lot, verifying overnight recoveries and marking windshields with VIN, client, key status, and drivability
  • Remove and inventory personal property from vehicles, creating detailed records with photos and storing items in properly labeled bins
  • Process vehicles for auction by removing all personal belongings and license plates
  • Handle vehicle redemptions by processing paperwork on tablet, collecting payment, and releasing vehicle to customer
  • Manage personal property appointments by having customers sign forms, collecting payment, and escorting them during property retrieval
  • Maintain professional, courteous interactions in all customer situations
  • Facilitate vehicle transports by processing paperwork and providing keys to drivers
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the storage lot, property area, and office
  • Communicate with team members via Microsoft Teams and Outlook
