Job Requirements
- Current or former Marriott associate
- open availability
- must complete all safety training and certifications
- professional appearance and uniform compliance
- ability to maintain confidentiality
- ability to move and lift objects up to 75 pounds
- willing to stand, sit, or walk for extended periods
- ability to read and verify information
- able to respond quickly to emergency situations
- ability to communicate clearly and professionally
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- at least 2 years of related work experience
- minimum 1 year of supervisory experience
- ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting and standing for long periods
- strong communication and interpersonal skills
Job Duties
- Patrol all hotel areas
- assist guests with room access
- conduct emergency drills and safety inspections
- supervise CCTV and alarm systems
- authorize, control, and document access to secured areas
- respond to accidents and provide first aid or CPR as needed
- gather information and complete confidential reports
