Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- minimum of 2 years of related work experience
- at least 1 year of supervisory experience
- ability to perform physical tasks including lifting and standing for prolonged periods

Job Duties
- Patrol all areas of the hotel
- assist guests with room access
- conduct emergency drills
- perform daily safety and risk inspections
- monitor CCTV and alarm systems
- authorize and document access to secured areas
- respond to accidents and provide first aid or CPR
- investigate incidents and conduct interviews
- manage disturbances and resolve security risks
- escort undesirable persons from the hotel
- ensure compliance with alcohol control laws
- maintain confidentiality of reports and documents
- support management in employee training and motivation
- complete all required safety training and certifications
- maintain professional appearance and demeanor
- assist in moving and lifting objects as required
- communicate clearly and professionally with guests and coworkers
- remain alert to potential security threats
- perform additional reasonable duties as assigned
