Job Requirements
- minimum age of 18 years
- ability to pass FAA required medical and background checks
- availability to work flexible schedules including nights, weekends, and holidays
- physical ability to perform job duties including lifting and standing for extended periods
- legal authorization to work in the United States
- successful completion of all training and certification at JetBlue University
Job Qualifications
- high school diploma or equivalent
- completion of JetBlue University training
- strong communication and interpersonal skills
- ability to handle pressure and make real-time decisions
- experience in customer service or aviation preferred but not required
- proficiency in cross-cultural communication

Job Duties
- manage cabin experience strategy on each flight
- uphold FAA and JetBlue safety standards
- ensure every guest interaction reflects the JetBlue brand
- support guests and crew during all phases of flight
- implement crisis management and safety procedures
- communicate clearly and empathetically with passengers
- participate in continuous training and professional development
