Job Requirements

  • minimum 3 years of flying experience with a major international airline
  • demonstrated leadership in senior cabin crew roles
  • fluency in English and Mandarin is a significant advantage
  • must meet standard flight attendant qualifications
  • must be able to pass medical and background checks
  • availability for flexible scheduling including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • must complete paid Cabin Senior leadership training in Beijing

Job Qualifications

  • minimum of 3 years flying experience as a flight attendant with a major international airline
  • proven leadership experience in a senior cabin crew role such as purser
  • fluency in English and Mandarin preferred
  • excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • strong problem-solving and crisis management abilities
  • meet all standard flight attendant qualifications
  • able to complete comprehensive medical and background checks

Job Duties

  • manage the cabin crew during flights
  • ensure all safety procedures are strictly followed
  • oversee the premium 'Forbidden Pavilion' First Class service
  • lead pre-flight briefings and provide crew guidance
  • handle escalated passenger issues and in-flight emergencies
  • manage crew performance and maintain service standards
  • coordinate with flight deck and ground operations staff
