Job Requirements
- minimum 3 years of flying experience with a major international airline
- demonstrated leadership in senior cabin crew roles
- fluency in English and Mandarin is a significant advantage
- must meet standard flight attendant qualifications
- must be able to pass medical and background checks
- availability for flexible scheduling including nights, weekends, and holidays
- must complete paid Cabin Senior leadership training in Beijing
Job Qualifications
- minimum of 3 years flying experience as a flight attendant with a major international airline
- proven leadership experience in a senior cabin crew role such as purser
- fluency in English and Mandarin preferred
- excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- strong problem-solving and crisis management abilities
- meet all standard flight attendant qualifications
- able to complete comprehensive medical and background checks
Job Duties
- manage the cabin crew during flights
- ensure all safety procedures are strictly followed
- oversee the premium 'Forbidden Pavilion' First Class service
- lead pre-flight briefings and provide crew guidance
- handle escalated passenger issues and in-flight emergencies
- manage crew performance and maintain service standards
- coordinate with flight deck and ground operations staff
