Job Requirements
- at least 21 years old
- legal right to work in the US
- valid passport
- fluency in English
- minimum 3 years as a flight attendant with a major international airline
- proven leadership experience
- ability to pass medical and background checks
- willingness to complete paid leadership training in Istanbul
- full flexibility for variable roster including shifts, weekends, and holidays

- proven leadership experience in a senior or purser role
- fluency in English

- valid passport
- ability to pass medical and background checks
- fluency in Turkish is a significant advantage
Job Duties
- lead pre-flight safety and service briefings for cabin crew
- manage crew performance and ensure compliance with aviation regulations
- handle escalated passenger issues and in-flight emergencies with professionalism and empathy
- oversee all in-flight documentation and reporting
- coordinate communication between flight deck and cabin crew
- deliver award-winning customer service consistent with Turkish Airlines standards
- support continuous improvement in inflight operations
