Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in marketing or communications or related field preferred
- four plus years of experience in marketing and event coordination preferred
- strong time management skills with sharp attention to detail
- excellent verbal and written communication skills
- ability to understand and provide analytics
- proficiency on PC and Microsoft Office platforms
- ability to work nights, weekends, holidays and non-traditional business hours
- ability to work every Angels home game until seventh inning
- ability to travel to assist in Tempe Diablo Spring Training game presentation

Job Duties
- Manage both internal and external personnel to deliver superior ballpark entertainment and events
- assist Director of Entertainment and Production with feature creation and completion
- create in-game timing sheets, timelines, and PA scripts
- assist with special player ceremonies for in-game presentations
- schedule and process ABI for Strike Force members, Stage Managers, DJ, and PA Announcer
- oversee anthem singer submissions and selection
- produce and scriptwrite Spring Training game presentations
- coordinate anthem singer logistics and game responsibilities for Strike Force, RF Cameras, and Stage Managers
- coordinate Strike Force special events and visits for various internal departments
- act as primary liaison to coordinate theme night activations between marketing and entertainment
- schedule marketing copy for in-game inventory
- collaborate with vendors on pricing, event scheduling, and execution of marketing theme events
- manage Marketing Calendar for theme weekends and game day entertainment appearances
- coordinate day-of logistics with winners of marketing's in-season amenities
- work closely with Digital Communications Manager to outline pre/in-game coverage for marketing events and appearances
- schedule Strike Force appearances for events at Angel Stadium and in the community
- assist with filming in-game player videos and content during Spring Training
- collaborate with Group Sales Coordinator to schedule College Night assets and pre-game ceremonies
- conduct thorough reviews for factual and grammatical accuracy
- engage in off-season projects and planning
- perform other duties as assigned
