Job Requirements
- Must be at least 19 years of age
- Must have a valid driver's license
- Must be able to relocate before starting work
- Ability to work various shifts including weekends and nights
- Customer service experience
- Ability to operate manual transmission vehicles
- Strong attention to detail
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous customer service experience preferred
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Ability to operate manual and automatic transmission vehicles
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
- Reliable and punctual with a professional appearance
Job Duties
- Greet guests with enthusiasm and professionalism
- Assist customers by parking and retrieving vehicles safely and efficiently
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the parking area
- Handle vehicles with care, including those with manual transmissions
- Provide excellent customer service, answering questions and offering parking information
- Coordinate with team members to ensure smooth operation during high-volume periods
- Adhere to company policies and CORE values in all interactions
