Job Requirements

  • A high school diploma or equivalent
  • minimum of six (6) months customer service experience desired
  • valid driver's license and maintain a safe driving record
  • ability to coordinate activities with other employees
  • read and comprehend instructions and information in English
  • ability to work well with the public
  • physical ability to frequently bend, stretch, twist, reach, stoop, kneel, crouch, crawl, and talk or hear
  • ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions including low and high temperatures, precipitation and wind, noisy environments, and small and enclosed spaces
  • ability to lift and move objects up to 50 pounds
  • ability to move in different positions to accomplish tasks in various environments including tight and confined spaces
  • ability to remain in a stationary position, often standing or sitting for prolonged periods
  • ability to frequently operate motor vehicles and/or heavy equipment
  • ability to ascend or descend ladders, stairs, scaffolding, ramps, and poles and maintain professional appearance
  • follow all company safety policies and practices

Job Duties

  • Install and remove disposable seat covers, steering wheel covers, floor mats, and ID tags in all the vehicles brought in for service
  • drive vehicles from the service lane to their proper places in the service parking lot
  • maintain the parking lot in a neat and organized manner
  • ensure all vehicles in the service parking lot are secured
  • assist in moving disabled vehicles in or around the service department
  • retrieve customer vehicles from the parking lot
  • help maintain a professional appearance of the service departments
  • inspect each vehicle for lot damage that may have been occurred during the vehicle's stay in the service department
  • follow all company safety policies and practices
  • assist in all other areas of the service department, as needed including closing duties
  • maintain high ethical standards
  • maintain professional appearance
