Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- At least six months of customer service experience preferred
- Valid driver’s license with a safe driving record
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends
- Ability to communicate effectively in English
- Physical ability to frequently bend, stretch, twist, stoop, kneel, crouch, crawl, and stand or sit for extended periods
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Ability to lift and move objects up to 50 pounds
- Ability to operate motor vehicles and equipment safely
- Willingness to maintain a professional appearance and adhere to company policies
Job Qualifications
- A high school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of six months customer service experience, desired
- Ability to coordinate activities with other employees
- Read and comprehend instructions and information in the English language
- Work well with the public
- Must have a valid driver’s license and maintain an acceptable, safe driving record
Job Duties
- Install and remove disposable seat covers, steering wheel covers, floor mats, and ID tags in all vehicles brought in for service
- Drive vehicles from the service lane to their designated places in the service parking lot
- Maintain the parking lot in a neat and organized manner
- Ensure all vehicles in the service parking lot are secured
- Assist in moving disabled vehicles in or around the service department
- Retrieve customer vehicles from the parking lot
- Help maintain a professional appearance of the service departments
- Inspect each vehicle for lot damage that may have occurred during its stay in the service department
- Follow all company safety policies and practices
- Assist in other areas of the service department as needed, including closing duties such as taking out trash for tech stalls
- Maintain high ethical standards
- Maintain professional appearance
