Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Valid driver’s license with safe driving record
  • Ability to interact professionally with the public
  • Strong communication skills
  • Ability to work on-site full-time including weekends
  • Physical ability to frequently bend, stretch, twist, stoop, kneel, crouch, and lift up to 50 pounds
  • Ability to work outdoors in varied weather conditions
  • Ability to stand or sit for prolonged periods
  • Ability to operate motor vehicles and/or heavy equipment
  • Ability to ascend or descend ladders, stairs, scaffolding, ramps, and poles

Job Qualifications

  • A high school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum of six months customer service experience desired
  • Ability to coordinate activities with other employees
  • Ability to read and comprehend instructions and information in English
  • Ability to work well with the public
  • Must have a valid driver’s license and maintain an acceptable, safe driving record

Job Duties

  • Install and remove disposable seat covers, steering wheel covers, floor mats, and ID tags in all vehicles brought in for service
  • Drive vehicles from the service lane to their proper places in the service parking lot
  • Maintain the parking lot in a neat and organized manner
  • Ensure all vehicles in the service parking lot are secured
  • Assist in moving disabled vehicles in or around the service department
  • Retrieve customer vehicles from the parking lot
  • Help maintain a professional appearance of the service departments
  • Inspect each vehicle for lot damage that may have occurred during the vehicle’s stay in the service department
  • Must follow all company safety policies and practices
  • Assist in all other areas of the service department as needed including closing duties such as taking out trash for tech stalls
  • Maintain high ethical standards
  • Maintain professional appearance
