Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience in customer service or cashiering preferred
- Ability to handle cash and reconcile cash drawers accurately
- Strong communication skills
- Positive attitude and adaptability
- Team player mindset
- Valid driver’s license and safe driving record
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions
- Ability to remain standing or sitting for prolonged periods
- Ability to read and comprehend English
- Must maintain professional appearance and high ethical standards
Job Qualifications
- A high school diploma or equivalent
- Knowledge of basic mathematical concepts such as addition, subtraction, division, multiplication, and percentages
- Detail oriented, and great follow up skills with internal and external guests
- Must be able to read and comprehend documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions as well as procedure manuals in the English language
- Must have a valid driver’s license and have and maintain an acceptable, safe driving record
Job Duties
- Greet all guests at the cashier window as well as those walking through the lobby
- Collect the total retail charges from the customers in cash, check or credit transaction
- Make change and issue receipts to guests
- Reconcile cash drawer daily
- Answer all guest questions concerning services performed or products purchased or refer them to someone who can
- Handle guest complaints with respect, integrity, and poise
- and when necessary, refer dissatisfied guests to the appropriate individuals for resolution
- File Repair Orders as directed by management
- Perform clerical duties as assigned
- Always maintain a professional appearance
- Maintain high ethical standards in all actions
