Job Requirements
- a high school diploma or equivalent
- must have a valid CA Driver’s License and maintain an acceptable safe driving record
- a minimum of six months shipping and receiving experience preferably in a parts department
- ability to perform physical tasks including lifting up to 50 pounds and working in various weather conditions
- must maintain professional appearance and high ethical standards
- ability to work Monday-Saturday
- strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills
Job Qualifications
- a high school diploma or equivalent

- a minimum of one 6 months shipping and receiving experience preferably in a parts department
- knowledge of automotive parts
- basic mathematical principles adding subtracting multiplying dividing and percentages and application
- ability to pay attention to detail
- follow-up with internal and external guests
- read and interpret documents such as safety rules operating and maintenance instructions and procedure manuals
- read and comprehends instructions and information in the English language
- work well with the public
- communicate in a professional manner on the phone Internet and in person
- use standard office equipment
- must be able to work Monday-Saturday
Job Duties
- pulls and delivers parts to the technicians
- picks-up cores and warranty parts from technicians’ stalls
- helps with stocking and posting orders when they arrive
- picks up and delivers parts and equipment to other dealers or guest when needed
- ensures the golf cart is kept clean
- helps shipping and receiving when necessary
- operates the forklift when necessary
- performs other specific administrative functions as directed by management
- helps maintain the professional appearance of the parts department
- maintains professional appearance at all times
- maintains high ethical standards in all actions
