Job Requirements

  • A high school diploma or equivalent desired
  • a minimum of six months customer service experience desired
  • ability to operate a manual transmission
  • coordinate activities with other employees
  • read and comprehend instructions and information in the English language
  • work well with the public
  • must have a valid Texas driver's license and maintain an acceptable, safe driving record

Job Duties

  • Do the right thing
  • provides great guest experience by welcoming all service guests to ensure their check-in process is simple and easy providing answers to any facility questions
  • work alongside service consultants to ensure all guests' questions are documented and addressed during the guest's visit
  • installs and removes disposable seat covers, steering wheel covers, floor mats, and ID tags in all vehicles brought in for service
  • retrieves guest vehicles from the parking lot
  • delivers and picks up guests as needed
  • inspects each vehicle for lot damage that may have occurred during the vehicle's stay in the service department
  • may record any external vehicle damage such as scratches and dents and submit to designated personnel
  • follows up with appropriate personnel to ensure guest concerns were resolved
  • helps maintain a professional appearance of the sales, service department, and courtesy van
  • secures the courtesy van on premises, usually inside the shop at the end of the day
  • assists with large events including preparation, organizing, setting up onsite or offsite
  • assists in all areas of the dealership as needed
  • maintains assigned workplace in an organized and clean manner
  • maintains high ethical standards in all actions
  • maintains professional appearance at all times
