Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent desired
- previous janitorial or housekeeping experience or related field desired
- ability to operate hand and power tools, equipment, and materials used in maintenance and gardening
- ability to read and interpret safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals
- ability to read and comprehend instructions and information in the English language
- ability to work well with the public

Job Duties
- Cleans and maintains all areas of the dealership
- cleans floors by sweeping, mopping, scrubbing, and/or vacuuming
- services, cleans, and supplies restrooms
- cleans and polishes furniture and fixtures
- cleans windows, glass partitions, and mirrors using soapy water or other cleaners
- mixes water and detergents or acids in containers to prepare cleaning solutions according to specifications
- inspects designated areas of the dealership and repairs and cleans when appropriate
- notifies management concerning the need for major repairs or additions to building operating systems
- assists in all other areas of the maintenance department as needed
- maintains high ethical standards in all actions
- maintains a high level of grooming, hygiene, and uniform appearance
