Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous janitorial or housekeeping experience preferred
- Ability to operate hand and power tools, equipment, and materials used in maintenance and gardening
- Ability to read and interpret safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions and procedure manuals
- Ability to read and comprehend instructions and information in English
- Good communication skills
- Physical ability to perform frequent standing, stooping, kneeling, crawling, lifting up to 50 pounds, ascending or descending ladders, stairs, or ramps
- Maintain high grooming, hygiene, and uniform standards
- Commitment to high ethical standards
Job Qualifications

- Read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions and procedure manuals

Job Duties
- Cleans and maintains all areas of the dealership
- Cleans floors by sweeping, mopping, scrubbing, and/or vacuuming
- Services, cleans, and supplies restrooms
- Cleans and polishes furniture and fixtures
- Cleans windows, glass partitions, and mirrors, using soapy water or other cleaners
- Mixes water and detergents or acids in containers to prepare cleaning solutions, according to specifications
- Inspects designated areas of the dealership and repairs and cleans when appropriate
- Notifies management concerning the need for major repairs or additions to building operating systems
- Assists in all other areas of the maintenance department, as needed
- Maintains high ethical standards in all actions
- Maintains a high level of grooming, hygiene, and uniform appearance
