Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent desired
- previous janitorial or housekeeping experience or related field desired
- ability to operate hand and power tools, equipment, and materials used in maintenance and gardening
- ability to read and interpret safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals
- ability to read and comprehend instructions and information in English
- must be able to perform physical tasks including constant standing and walking, frequent stooping, kneeling, crawling, lifting up to 50 pounds, ascending or descending ladders, stairs, ramps, consistent bar equipment usage, frequent wrist and spine flexing, constant reaching and precision work, and oral communication
- ability to maintain high grooming and uniform standards

Job Duties
- Cleans and maintains all areas of the dealership
- cleans floors by sweeping, mopping, scrubbing, and/or vacuuming
- services, cleans, and supplies restrooms
- cleans and polishes furniture and fixtures
- cleans windows, glass partitions, and mirrors using soapy water or other cleaners
- mixes water and detergents or acids in containers to prepare cleaning solutions according to specifications
- inspects designated areas of the dealership and repairs and cleans when appropriate
- notifies management concerning the need for major repairs or additions to building operating systems
- assists in all other areas of the maintenance department as needed
- maintains high ethical standards in all actions
- maintains a high level of grooming, hygiene, and uniform appearance
