Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Native or highly proficient fluency in English and a designated target language
  • Pass a rigorous third-party language proficiency examination
  • Valid passport granting unrestricted access to global destinations

Job Qualifications

  • Bilingual fluency in English and a designated target language
  • Proven ability to perform culturally sensitive customer service
  • Experience in international aviation or similar customer service roles preferred
  • Ability to pass third-party language proficiency examination
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Job Duties

  • Make in-flight public address announcements in your designated language
  • Translate critical safety instructions and service offerings accurately
  • Provide culturally attuned customer service understanding international customs and expectations
  • Assist passengers with completing complex international arrival documents customs declarations and immigration forms
  • Provide rapid and precise translation during in-flight medical emergencies or security issues
  • Execute all standard pre-flight and in-flight duties securing the cabin and conducting premium meal services in Delta One cabins
