- Pass a rigorous third-party language proficiency examination
- Valid passport granting unrestricted access to global destinations

- Experience in international aviation or similar customer service roles preferred

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Job Duties
- Make in-flight public address announcements in your designated language
- Translate critical safety instructions and service offerings accurately
- Provide culturally attuned customer service understanding international customs and expectations
- Assist passengers with completing complex international arrival documents customs declarations and immigration forms
- Provide rapid and precise translation during in-flight medical emergencies or security issues
- Execute all standard pre-flight and in-flight duties securing the cabin and conducting premium meal services in Delta One cabins
