Job Requirements
- 3 years experience as Front of House Manager
- Experience in country club or high-end hotel environment preferred
- Must be able to work days, nights, holidays, and weekends
- Experience with weddings and group events
- TIPS/ServSafe certification required
- Knowledge of dining room etiquette
- Ability to control and pace the host stand
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong beverage program knowledge including inventory control
- Interest in food and suggestive selling techniques
- Strong team-building and training capabilities
- Exceptional guest service skills
- Strong organizational skills
- Ability to take direction and communicate professionally
- Physical ability to stand for extended periods, kneel, stoop, use stairs, and lift up to 50 lbs
- Capability to work efficiently during high-demand periods

Job Duties
- Organize the work and responsibilities for Front of the House Team
- Create effective schedules which appropriately service guests and support the restaurant
- Ensure uniform and hygiene policies are followed by all FOH employees
- Complete payroll submission
- Follow budget and controls to ensure profitability
- Conduct monthly alcohol inventories and update the menu
- Create ongoing training materials for FOH team
- Receive and analyze customer feedback to improve service
- Provide excellent customer service and a great experience for guests
