Job Requirements

  • 3 years experience as Front of House Manager
  • Experience in country club or high-end hotel environment preferred
  • Must be able to work days, nights, holidays, and weekends
  • Experience with weddings and group events
  • TIPS/ServSafe certification required
  • Knowledge of dining room etiquette
  • Ability to control and pace the host stand
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong beverage program knowledge including inventory control
  • Interest in food and suggestive selling techniques
  • Strong team-building and training capabilities
  • Exceptional guest service skills
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Ability to take direction and communicate professionally
  • Physical ability to stand for extended periods, kneel, stoop, use stairs, and lift up to 50 lbs
  • Capability to work efficiently during high-demand periods

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to communicate effectively and professionally
  • Physical ability to perform job-related tasks and lift up to 50 lbs
  • Ability to work rapidly during peak periods

Job Duties

  • Organize the work and responsibilities for Front of the House Team
  • Create effective schedules which appropriately service guests and support the restaurant
  • Ensure uniform and hygiene policies are followed by all FOH employees
  • Complete payroll submission
  • Follow budget and controls to ensure profitability
  • Conduct monthly alcohol inventories and update the menu
  • Create ongoing training materials for FOH team
  • Receive and analyze customer feedback to improve service
  • Provide excellent customer service and a great experience for guests
