Job Requirements
- High school diploma/GED
- 2+ years of experience in data analysis, planning, or project coordination in a heavy industrial, aerospace, or manufacturing environment
- advanced Excel skills
- familiarity with databases and maintenance planning systems
- ability to interpret data, communicate plans clearly, and collaborate across engineering, supply chain, and operations teams
- strong analytical and problem-solving skills

- Project Management or Six Sigma certification preferred
- commitment to data accuracy and attention to detail
- knowledge of aviation maintenance or MRO processes preferred
Job Duties
- Develop and maintain long-range maintenance forecasts for materials, skilled labor, and span times (6-36 months)
- use forecasting software, planning tools, and historical data to predict future maintenance demand and resource requirements
- collaborate with Supply Chain to align long-lead material procurement, rotable component planning, and parts availability with projected maintenance events
- work with workforce planning teams to forecast technician labor requirements, certifications, and capacity constraints
- analyze maintenance performance data to refine planning assumptions for different fleets, check types, and customer programs
- provide forecast inputs for annual budgeting, operations planning, and capacity alignment
- track forecast accuracy, adjust models based on actual results, and present variance analyses with root-cause insights
- support the development of digital forecasting tools, dashboards, and process improvement initiatives to enhance planning accuracy
- adhere to all MHIRJ general work requirements and perform other duties as assigned
