Job Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years experience in a shift lead or supervisor role
- Ability to work Monday through Friday, 5:00 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. with availability for evening and weekend work as needed
- Physical ability to walk long distances over uneven surfaces
- Capability to lift boxes and bend or stand as necessary
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to handle confidential information
- Proven organizational skills

Job Duties
- Supervision of the department staff including safety, attendance, and recommendation of corrective action
- Explain and demonstrate inspection procedures to staff
- Assign experienced staff to assist in training new workers
- Conduct periodic inventories and cycle counts
- Verify and keep records on incoming and outgoing work orders/tooling
- Perform other duties as needed
