Job Requirements
- Three to five years of recent and related hospitality or food and beverage experience including two years of managerial experience
- Demonstrated experience in hospitality or food and beverage management preferably within a gaming environment
- Ability to direct employees in food and beverage operations
- Strong persuasive and negotiating skills
- Experience performing under deadlines and pressure
- Skills in problem solving, organizing and prioritizing work
- Effective and diplomatic communication skills in English
- Ability to make recommendations impacting other departments
- Valid Colorado Driver's License or identification
- Preferred Colorado Gaming License
- Knowledge of safety, worker's compensation, employment laws and Colorado Limited Gaming Act
- Physical ability to perform job duties, including frequent walking, climbing stairs, bending and standing for entire shifts
Job Qualifications
- Demonstrated hospitality or food and beverage management experience preferably within a gaming environment
- Experience directing employees in food and beverage operations
- Strong persuasive and negotiating skills
- Ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure
- Problem-solving, organizational and prioritization skills
- Three to five years of related hospitality experience including two years in management
- Effective and diplomatic oral and written communication skills in English
- Ability to make operational recommendations impacting other departments
- Valid Colorado Driver's License or identification

Job Duties
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment
- Supervise all food and beverage operations for the casino
- Develop, maintain and enhance food and beverage programs to improve operational performance, increase revenue and satisfy customers
- Assist in development of food and beverage programs to meet corporate goals
- Establish and maintain food and beverage programs in compliance with food safety laws
- Direct, manage and develop effective staff through training and rewards
- Develop staff to meet performance expectations by promoting positive work morale and employee relations
- Ensure staff adheres to uniform policies and dress codes
- Implement food and beverage policies and procedures
- Supervise 30-60 employees directly in operations
- Attend casino management meetings and provide guidance on F&B issues
- Maintain professional contacts in the industry
- Stock liquor, wine, and F&B products
- Manage staff performance standards and handle customer complaints
- Complete monthly inventory and assist in reconciliation
- Oversee menu programming into point-of-sale systems
- Ensure quality, selection and variety of food and beverages
- Enforce security policies and procedures
- Assist marketing with menu planning and staffing for catering and special events
- Coordinate food and beverage operations with other departments
- Participate in training new employees
- Develop weekly departmental schedules and manage staffing changes
- Ensure no underage drinking or gambling by checking IDs and enforcing related policies
- Participate in annual underage gambling and alcohol ID training
