- Must be 19 years old or older
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to lift and move tires up to 50 lbs with or without assistance
- Capability to bend, twist, and lift frequently
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient in loading, unloading, and placing tires accurately
- Comfortable working at heights up to 35 feet
- Able to operate a forklift up to 8 hours daily
- Knowledge of traffic rules and safe driving practices
- Ability to work independently and in a team
- Familiarity with Manifest, GPS, and navigation systems
- Ability to maintain forklift certification
- Ability to maintain a valid driver’s license
Job Duties
- Loads, unloads, inspects, and tallies tires to and from transport vehicles
- Follows TireHub safety standards in selecting, packing, counting, labeling, and palletizing customer orders
- Operates forklifts, order pickers, and pallet jacks while adhering to safety protocols
- Conducts cycle counts, tallies, and labeling for inventory control
- Collects payments from customers on Cash on Delivery transactions
- Ensures vehicles are clean and mechanically sound
- Performs pre- and post-trip vehicle inspections and reports issues
- Maintains driver and vehicle maintenance logs
- Complies with all TireHub policies and procedures
- Participates in ongoing training
- Completes other assigned tasks by supervisors or leadership
