Job Requirements
- At least one year of general work experience
- Valid driver's license
- Minimum of two years driving history with a valid license, not including driver's permit
- Must be 19 years old or older
- Ability to lift and move tires weighing up to 50 pounds or more
- Ability to frequently bend, twist, and lift
- Must comply with tire industry safety standards and protocols
- Ability to work up to 8 hours per day operating a forklift
- Must follow traffic rules and safe driving practices
- Capable of working on various shifts including evenings and Saturdays
- Must not exceed 400 pounds in weight or 6 feet 3 inches in height due to equipment compatibility
- Must be able to maintain a valid driver's license and forklift certification
Job Qualifications
- At least one year of general work experience
- Valid driver's license with at least two years of driving history
- Minimum age of 19 years old
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to lift, pull, push, or move tires up to 50 pounds with or without assistance
- Multitasking ability in a fast-paced environment
- Familiarity with Manifest, GPS, and navigation systems
- Must maintain forklift certification
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Job Duties
- Load and unload tires for warehouse storage and customer delivery
- Inspect and tally tires to and from transport vehicles
- Operate equipment such as forklifts, order pickers, and pallet jacks following safety protocols
- Conduct pre and post-trip vehicle inspections and report any issues
- Maintain vehicle cleanliness and mechanical condition
- Collect payments from customers on Cash on Delivery transactions
- Participate in inventory control procedures including cycle counts and labeling
