Job Requirements
- Must be at least 19 years old
- valid driver’s license with 2 years driving history
- ability to lift up to 50 lbs with or without mechanical assistance
- ability to perform physical activities such as bending, twisting, kneeling, crawling, climbing, and balancing
- must maintain forklift certification
- excellent communication and customer service skills
- comply with safety protocols
- able to work up to 8 hours per day on forklift
- follow traffic rules and operate TireHub vehicles safely
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- at least 1 year of general work experience
- valid driver’s license with minimum 2 years driving history
- forklift certification or ability to obtain
- strong communication and customer service skills
- ability to lift, pull, push, or move tires up to 50 lbs
- capable of frequent bending, twisting and lifting
- ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- familiarity with GPS, navigation, and manifest systems
- ability to work independently and as part of a team
Job Duties
- Load and unload tires for warehouse storage and customer delivery
- inspect and tally tires for transport vehicles
- follow safety standards in packing, labeling, and palletizing orders
- operate forklifts, order pickers, and pallet jacks safely
- participate in cycle counts and inventory control procedures
- collect payments from customers on COD transactions
- conduct pre and post-trip vehicle inspections
- maintain vehicle cleanliness and mechanical condition
- complete driver and vehicle maintenance logs regularly
- ensure compliance with all TireHub policies and procedures
- participate in ongoing training
- perform additional tasks assigned by supervisors
