Job Requirements
- At least 1 year of general work experience
- must have a valid driver's license
- minimum 2 years of driving history without a permit
- must be 19 years or older
- capable of lifting up to 50 pounds
- able to perform frequent bending and twisting
- able to multitask in fast-paced settings
- must maintain forklift certification
- must maintain valid driver's license

- excellent communication and customer service skills
- ability to lift, pull, push, and/or move tires up to 50 pounds
- capable of frequent bending, twisting, and lifting
- ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- efficient loading, unloading, and placement of tires
- able to work up to 35 feet above ground
- able to operate a forklift for up to 8 hours per day
- follows traffic rules and drives safely
- able to work independently and as part of a team
- familiarity with Manifest, GPS, and navigation systems
- ability to maintain forklift certification and valid driver's license
Job Duties
- Loads, unloads, inspects, and tallies tires to and from transport vehicles
- follows TireHub safety standards for selecting, packing, counting, labeling, and palletizing customer orders
- operates equipment such as forklifts, order pickers, and pallet jacks adhering to safety protocols
- conducts and participates in cycle counts, tallies, and labeling for inventory control
- collects payments from customers on cash on delivery transactions
- ensures vehicles remain clean and in good mechanical and physical condition
- conducts pre and post-trip vehicle inspections and reports any mechanical defects
- completes necessary driver and vehicle maintenance logs
- ensures compliance with TireHub policies and procedures
- participates in ongoing training through various learning modules
- completes other tasks assigned by supervisors or leadership
