Job Requirements
- At least 1 year of general work experience
- Must have a valid driver’s license
- Minimum 2 years driving history with valid driver’s license
- Must be 19 years old or older
- Ability to lift, pull, push, and move tires weighing up to 50 pounds
- Capable of frequent bending, twisting and lifting
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Must maintain forklift and driver’s license certifications
- Ability to follow traffic laws and safely drive company vehicles
- Able to stand, walk, kneel, bend, crawl, climb, and balance as required
- Must not exceed 400 pounds in weight or 6 feet 3 inches in height for equipment compatibility
Job Qualifications
- At least 1 year of general work experience
- Valid driver’s license with minimum 2 years driving history
- Must be 19 years or older
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to lift, push, and move tires weighing up to 50 pounds with or without mechanical assistance
- Capable of frequent bending, twisting and lifting
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Familiarity with Manifest, GPS and Navigation systems
- Must maintain forklift certification
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Job Duties
- Load, unload, inspect, and tally tires to and from transport vehicles
- Follow TireHub safety standards for selecting, packing, counting, labeling and palletizing customer orders
- Operate equipment such as forklifts, order pickers, and pallet jacks while adhering to safety protocols
- Conduct and participate in cycle counts, tallies, and labeling as part of inventory control
- Collect payments from customers on Cash on Delivery transactions
- Ensure vehicles are clean and in good mechanical condition
- Conduct pre and post-trip vehicle inspections and report any issues
- Complete driver and vehicle maintenance logs regularly
- Comply with all TireHub policies and procedures
- Participate and maintain ongoing training
- Complete other tasks assigned by Supervisor or leadership
