Job Requirements
- At least 1 year of general work experience
- Valid driver's license
- Minimum 2 years driving history with a valid driver's license
- Must be 19 years old or older
- Ability to lift, pull, push, or move tires up to 50 lbs repeatedly
- Ability to stand, walk, kneel, bend, crawl, climb, and balance regularly
- Ability to work up to 35 feet above ground level
- Ability to work up to 8 hours per day on a forklift
- Follow traffic rules and drive safely
- Work independently and as part of a team
- Maintain forklift certification
- Maintain valid driver's license
- Must not exceed 400 pounds in weight or 6 feet 3 inches in height to meet equipment compatibility and safety restraints
Job Qualifications
- At least 1 year of general work experience
- Valid driver's license
- Minimum of 2 years driving history with a valid driver's license (not including learner's permit)
- Must be 19 years or older
- Excellent communication skills
- Customer service experience
- Able to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Familiarity with manifest, GPS, and navigation systems
- Forklift certification or ability to obtain and maintain it
Job Duties
- Load, unload, inspect, and tally tires to and from transport vehicles
- Follow safety standards when packing, counting, labeling, and palletizing customer orders
- Operate equipment like forklifts, order pickers, and pallet jacks while ensuring safety
- Conduct cycle counts, tallies, and labeling for inventory control
- Collect payments on cash on delivery transactions
- Maintain cleanliness and good mechanical condition of vehicles
- Conduct pre and post-trip vehicle inspections and report issues
- Complete driver and vehicle maintenance logs regularly
- Ensure compliance with TireHub policies
- Participate in ongoing training
- Complete other tasks assigned by supervisors
