Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- 2+ years of logistics and supply chain management experience
- Must be able to accomplish any and all duties with little or no assistance
- Good command of the English language oral and written
- Valid driver’s license

- Associate’s degree preferred
- 2+ years of logistics and supply chain management experience
- Government contract experience preferred
- Experience in international shipping preferred

- Forklift operation preferred
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Experience with Veryon or similar logistics platform preferred
- Experience with Microsoft Dynamics D365 preferred
Job Duties
- Receive and inspect incoming shipments verifying contents against purchase orders and shipping documents
- Unpack and organize received items ensuring proper storage and inventory management
- Prepare and process inbound and outbound shipments including packaging labeling and documentation
- Schedule and coordinate transportation for outgoing shipments ensuring optimal routing and timely dispatch
- Maintain detailed records of shipments customs documentation and other paperwork per company policies
- Track inventory movements conduct regular audits and maintain accurate records to ensure inventory accuracy and integrity
- Support management and disposition of Government Furnished Equipment based on company policies and procedures
- Execute import and export processes in conjunction with Global Trade Compliance ensuring regulatory compliance and prompt delivery via DoD and commercial freight or express methods
