Job Requirements

  • 3+ years experience in international and domestic logistics and cargo transportation sales
  • Outside business-to-business sales experience or equivalent education and experience
  • Strong negotiation and decision-making skills
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, CRM, and Outlook
  • Willingness to travel as required
  • Self-motivated and highly driven
  • Ability to manage sales pipeline and client accounts independently

Job Qualifications

  • 3+ years international and domestic logistics and cargo transportation sales experience
  • Outside business-to-business sales experience highly preferred
  • Proven sales track record in business development
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, CRM, and Outlook
  • Entrepreneurial spirit
  • Established presence in the marketplace preferred

Job Duties

  • Generate new business opportunities and manage an established book of business
  • Develop and maintain detailed sales pipeline via CRM
  • Identify and develop sales opportunities within assigned territory
  • Respond promptly to client needs and provide customized logistics solutions
  • Negotiate pricing and present effective proposals for client RFQs
  • Collaborate with team members to maximize business development efforts
  • Maintain strong client relationships through effective communication and engagement
