Job Requirements

  • legally authorized to work in the united states
  • ability to lift, push, pull, or carry 50+ lbs
  • frequent standing, bending, squatting, and reaching
  • willingness to travel 20-40%
  • valid driver’s license and maintenance of state-required auto liability insurance

Job Qualifications

  • 3-5 years of experience in experiential marketing, event production, or logistics operations
  • experience within the spirits or beverage alcohol industry preferred
  • proven ability to manage budgets cost-effectively
  • strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • excellent verbal and written communication abilities
  • demonstrated problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • collaborative team player with autonomous work capability
  • understanding of logistics and supply chain management best practices
  • proficiency with Microsoft Office and cloud-based inventory management platforms
  • proactive and resourceful mindset

Job Duties

  • Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to plan and lead event asset deployment
  • oversee logistical planning for storage, maintenance, fulfillment, and asset lifecycle
  • manage warehouse relationships and in-market storage units
  • maintain organized systems for asset accessibility and deployment readiness
  • coordinate daily with field teams to support upcoming event needs
  • manage and maintain daily routing schedules for accuracy and efficiency
  • identify and oversee a roster of logistical support coordinators
  • support logistics for spirits sampling programs including preparation, deployment, and transportation
  • troubleshoot logistical issues promptly and effectively
  • monitor inventory and budgets, reconciling financial reports post-program
  • communicate proactively across internal and external teams
