Job Requirements

  • 7+ years in fulfillment, logistics, distribution, or supply chain roles
  • experience in international order management and logistics across LATAM and/or Canada
  • proven success managing 3PL partners and retail compliance
  • strong project management skills
  • experience with PO management, backlog health, international transportation, and fulfillment accuracy
  • proficiency with ERPs (NetSuite preferred), EDI platforms (Orderful), and retailer systems
  • proactive and hands-on mindset comfortable with ambiguity and multiple projects
  • ability to travel domestically and internationally as needed

Job Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, logistics, or related field preferred
  • 7+ years experience in fulfillment, logistics, distribution, or supply chain roles
  • Significant hands-on experience in international order management and logistics across LATAM and/or Canada
  • Proven success managing 3PL partners and retail compliance
  • Strong project management skills
  • Experience with PO management, backlog health, and international transportation
  • Proficiency with ERPs such as NetSuite, EDI platforms like Orderful, and retailer systems
  • Demonstrated ability to navigate ambiguity and manage multiple projects concurrently
  • Experience leading logistics operational setup for new markets or retail partners

Job Duties

  • Oversee daily logistics execution for D2C, commercial, and retail channels in LATAM and Canada ensuring accuracy and SLA compliance
  • Monitor 3PL performance, fulfillment backlogs, and delivery exceptions
  • Proactively escalate and resolve logistics issues
  • Maintain strong operating rhythms with 3PLs, carriers, CMs, and distributors
  • Track and optimize KPIs such as OTIF, cost per shipment, and transit time
  • Support retail fulfillment by ensuring adherence to routing guides, EDI requirements, and packaging standards
  • Lead logistics setup and onboarding for new D2C and retail markets in LATAM, Canada, and US expansions
  • Manage logistics workflows for cross-border sample shipments
  • Partner with supply and demand planning to ensure inventory accuracy
  • Manage PO execution, transportation bookings, and delivery appointments
  • Collaborate with global trade compliance on customs clearance and regulatory adherence
  • Create scalable processes and SOPs to support international growth
  • Champion the use of AI and automation to improve logistics efficiency
  • Support finance during month-end close by reconciling inventory transactions
