Job Requirements

Job Qualifications
- Experience as a logistics lead, inventory supervisor, production control manager, or senior specialist ready to step up
- Experience working in startups or fast-moving production environments
- Hands-on logistics and inventory management experience
- Familiarity with regulated industries such as aerospace, medical devices, or defense
- Proficiency with ERP systems and data tracking
- Strong attention to detail and proactive problem-solving skills
Job Duties
- Own inventory, logistics, and production control workflows from start to finish
- Set up a working cycle count program, inventory dashboards, and KPI tracking
- Spot issues, propose solutions, and run mini-projects to fix them
- Improve day-to-day operations across receiving, kitting, shipping, and storage
- Help clean up legacy inventory, revamp the storage setup, and increase kit completeness
- Possibly manage a small team of logistics specialists
