Job Requirements

  • Early to mid-career level with growth experience within a business
  • Experience working hands-on in logistics and inventory roles
  • Comfortable working in regulated industries
  • Ability to use ERP systems for tracking accuracy
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills
  • Proactive mindset with a drive to improve systems

Job Qualifications

  • Experience as a logistics lead, inventory supervisor, production control manager, or senior specialist ready to step up
  • Experience working in startups or fast-moving production environments
  • Hands-on logistics and inventory management experience
  • Familiarity with regulated industries such as aerospace, medical devices, or defense
  • Proficiency with ERP systems and data tracking
  • Strong attention to detail and proactive problem-solving skills

Job Duties

  • Own inventory, logistics, and production control workflows from start to finish
  • Set up a working cycle count program, inventory dashboards, and KPI tracking
  • Spot issues, propose solutions, and run mini-projects to fix them
  • Improve day-to-day operations across receiving, kitting, shipping, and storage
  • Help clean up legacy inventory, revamp the storage setup, and increase kit completeness
  • Possibly manage a small team of logistics specialists
