Job Requirements
- At least 1 year of general work experience
- minimum 2 years driving history with valid driver’s license
- must be 19 years old
- excellent communication and customer service skills
- ability to multitask in fast-paced environment
- capability to lift tires up to 50 pounds or more
- ability to work at heights safely
- must pass vehicle inspection requirements
- compliance with FMCSA regulations
- ability to operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment
- availability to work Monday through Saturday with fluctuating day shift hours
- ability to work extended days, evenings, weekends, and under varying weather conditions
- physical ability to meet job demands including lifting, bending, pulling, climbing
- must not exceed 400 pounds or 6 feet 3 inches in height
Job Qualifications

- experience with general warehousing including proper placement of products
- ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- ability to use computer-based programs including iPad
- capability to load, unload and place tires accurately and efficiently
- able to work up to 35 feet above ground-level while tethered
- must maintain forklift certification
- must maintain valid driver’s license
- familiarity with Roadnet, GPS, and navigation systems
- ability to work independently and collaboratively
Job Duties
- Distribute tasks including general warehousing, delivery service, and vehicle maintenance
- route and delegate tasks to Logistics Specialists in dispatch-like format
- load, unload, inspect, and tally tires to and from transport vehicles
- check and verify accuracy of selecting, packing, weighing, marking, and counting tires for customer orders
- operate order pickers, forklifts, pallet jacks, delivery vehicles and other equipment
- perform cycle counting, tallying, and marking on inventory control documents
- oversee unloading, loading, palletizing, and stacking of tires
- communicate daily summaries to leadership including employee, safety, and operational overviews
- collect payments from customers on cash on delivery transactions
- ensure upkeep and maintenance of vehicles including conducting pre/post-trip inspections
- report vehicle maintenance logs regularly
- ensure compliance with company policies and FMCSA regulations
- participate in ongoing training and complete other assigned tasks by leadership
